Terms and conditions Life time Limited Warranty: Polyaspartic Coating System Coverage Overview FloorForceTX provides a Lifetime Limited Warranty on the polyaspartic floor coating applied to the property located at the address listed on the service contract. This warranty is valid for as long as the original purchaser own s the property where the system was installed. We warrant that the coating system will not: 1. Adhesion: Peel or flake from the concrete substrate. 2. Color Stability: Yellow or discolor due to UV exposure (UV Stability). 3. Durability: Wear through under normal residential foot or vehicle traffic. Conditions of Warranty for this warranty to remain valid, the following conditions must be met: 1. Substrate Integrity: The concrete substrate must remain structurally sound. This warranty does not cover damage caus ed by shifting, heaving, or cracking o the underlying concrete. 2. Moisture Levels: The concrete must not exceed a moisture vapor transmission rate of 3 lbs per 1,000 sq. ft. or a relative humidi ty (RH) of 75% at the time of installation. 3. Proper Maintenance: The floor must be cleaned and maintained according to the "Care and Maintenance" guide pro vided at the time of installation. Exclusions this warranty is limited to the product and installation and specifically excludes the following: 1. Mechanical Damage: Gouges, scratches, or chips caused by dropping heavy objects, dragging metal equipment, or snowplow blades. 2. Chemical Abuse: Exposure to battery acid, brake fluid, or harsh industrial solvents left sitting for more than 24 hours. 3 . Hydrostatic Pressure: Damage caused by moisture rising through the slab or "efflorescence." 4. Abuse/Neglect: Damage resulting from fire, floods, or "acts o God." 5. Slippage: While anti-slip additives may be used, the Company does not warrant that the floor will be slip-proof. Remedy If a valid claim is made, FloorForceTX will, at its sole discretion: 1. Repair the affected area(s) to a condition reasonably consistent with the rest of the floor. 2. Provide the necessary materials and labor to re-coat the failing section. Note: Color matching on repairs cannot be guaranteed to be a 100% match due to natural aging of the original floor and batch variations in resin. Limitation of Liability FloorForceTX’s liability is limited strictly to the original cost of the installation. The Company is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to, the cost of moving furniture, storage fees, or loss of use of the space during the repair period. How to File a ClaimTo initiate a warranty claim, the owner must provide: 1. Proof o purchase (original invoice). 2. Photos of the affected area. 3. A written description of the issue sent to FloorForceTX@gmail.com Acceptance of Terms By signing the project completion form, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms o this Lifetime Limited Warranty.
